仕事内容 Senior FP＆A Analystもしくは部下なしのManagerとして担当部門のファイナンスビジネスパートナーとして活躍いただき、業務に慣れた後の次のステップではチームのマネージメントにも携わっていただく予定のポジションです。

・Prepare periodic management reporting, budget package and any other reporting required by the Group or the local managements
・Support to deliver budget by performing variance analysis vs target, identifying risks and opportunities in a timely manner and defining and taking corrective actions for any negative gaps with the business unit
・Facilitate planning processes within the business unit in line with the country/Group schedule and develop a proposed plan with the business unit
・Simulate and develop business cases for new business opportunities
・Design the management process of goal－finding, planning, and business controlling
・Maintain the business controlling processes respecting the Group and local rules/guidelines, and improve them where needed
・Visualize financials, educate the business units/functions, and enhance economic consciousness to drive efficient and effective investment
・Compile monthly business update （MBU） package by a submission due facilitating related teams
・Act as a primary contact about reporting to APAC/Group
・Maintain and distribute regular reporting for total Japan and all business units
・Develop local standardized tools and/or introduce standard tools from Group in Japan
・Support senior FP＆As
・Support CFO with consolidation and total company view
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

・Strong business acumen
・Logical and analytical thinking
・Experience as FP＆A or Business Controller
・Fluent in Japanese and English
・Advanced MS Office （Excel, Word, PPT）
・Experience of SAP and Hyperion or a similar ERP and reporting tools is a plus
・Facilitation and project management skills
・Very good communication skills
・Experience at a multinational company, FMCG in particular, is a plus
