| 仕事内容 |
担当部門のファイナンスビジネスパートナーとして、部下なしのプレイングマネージャー的な役割に従事いただきます。 ・Prepare periodic management reporting, budget package and any other reporting required by the Group or the local managements ・Support to deliver budget by （1） performing variance analysis vs target, （2） identifying risks and opportunities in a timely manner and （3） defining and taking corrective actions for any negative gaps with the business unit/functions ・Facilitate planning processes within the business unit/functions in line with the country/Group schedule and develop a proposed plan with the business unit/functions ・Simulate and develop business cases for new business opportunities ・Design the management process of goal－finding, planning, and business controlling ・Maintain the business controlling processes respecting the Group and local rules/definition, and improve them as needed ・Visualize financials, educate the business units/functions, and enhance economic consciousness to drive efficient and effective investment ・Support CFO with consolidation and total company |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Minimum 5－year experience as FP＆A or Business Controller・Advanced MS Office （Excel, Word, PPT） ・Experience of SAP and Hyperion or a similar ERP and reporting tool is a plus ・Facilitation and project management skills ・Strong business acumen ・Very good communication skills （both understanding and convincing plus “Ho－Ren－So”） ・Logical and analytical thinking ・Experience at a multinational company, FMCG in particular, is a plus |
