こちらのポジションは経理チーム内で部下なしのマネージャーとなり、様々なグローバルプロジェクトに携わっていただきます。 This position is responsible for leading accounting related projects that are mostly in global and/or cross functional environment. Some upcoming accounting projects include ERP harmonization with the Global setting and implementation of Sustainability initiatives to meet the target set by Global. Tracking and managing of delivery of Sustainable Finance strategic initiatives, and ESG risk enablement are also in the scope of the role. In addition to the project management, the Accounting Project Manager is expected to assist the Section Manager, General Accounting in the accounting operations of the Company including the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and development of a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk, enhancement of the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, ensuring that reported results comply with the accounting principles and international financial reporting standards. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 －A Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.－8＋ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, taxation, and/or auditing － Knowledge of accounting （such as the Official Business Skill Test in Bookkeeping 2nd Grade） － Japanese or US Certified Public Accountant designation is desirable － Experiences of leading a project in a global / cross－functional environment is a plus － Experience in Sustainability reporting is a plus － High level of communication skills in both Japanese and English 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Team player－ Problem solving skills － Multi－task skills － Change－readiness － Proficiency in MS Excel |
