# Job Description (English follows Japanese) ## 日本語 > *業務概要* 組み込みソフト開発プロジェクトリーダーは、弊社が開発したOBCに関連する組み込みソフトウェアの設計・開発・テスト・保守衛星運用のライフサイクルを通して定義されたミッション達成にプロジェクトリーダーとして取り組んで頂きます。 > *職務内容* ●技術リーダーと協力しプロジェクト計画に基づくソフトウェアの開発計画を作成する ●チームメンバーへのタスク割り当て、進捗管理 ●関連他チームとの折衝およびプロジェクトマネージメントチームへの適切な状況報告 ●リスク管理、スケジュール管理 ●増加する衛星開発案件に効率よく対応していくための戦略立案および改善活動 ●衛星システム仕様、他の衛星コンポーネントの仕様に基づいたソフトウェア仕様の作成 ●初期運用およびトラブル発生時に衛星運用をサポート *必要なスキル・経験* ●学歴：電気、コンピューターサイエンス、制御工学、メカトロニクス、その他の工学に関連する高専または大学を卒業 ●英語での会話に抵抗感がない方 ●技術スキル * プロジェクトリーダー・マネジメント経験 * 要件定義、設計・実装のレビュー経験 * CもしくはC ++での組込みソフトウェアの開発経験 * 一般的なハードウェアへの理解：マイクロコントローラー、UART / SPI / I2C、RTCなど * bash、git、gdb等のコマンドラインツールを用いての使用経験 ## English > *About the Role* The mission of an embedded systems software project leader concerns the on-board computer (OBC) of our satellites throughout its whole life-cycle, which includes design, development, testing, and troubleshooting as a project leader. * Goal Oriented and Result Driven * Aim for overall optimization, not only the code, or even the team, but the entire organization * Autonomy, ability to work from a technical specification or write your own * Emphasis on collaboration and teamwork * Share the knowledge: be a mentor for others and learn from others > *Job Responsibilities* * Create software development plan based on project plan with software Tech-Lead * Assign tasks to team members, monitor and manage development progress * Communicate, collaborate with other teams, report software development status to project management team * Risk management, schedule management * Develop strategy to effectively and efficiently manage the increasing number of satellite projects, propose and implement process improvements * Create software specifications based on satellite system specifications and other satellite component specifications * Support satellite operations during the initial operation phase and during the troubleshooting process > Mandatory Requirements * College or university graduation qualifications related to electrical, computer science, control engineering, mechatronics and other engineering. * Technical Skills 1. Project leader or Team leader experience 2. Requirement analysis, writing specification documents 3. Embedded software development using C and/or C++ 4. Requirement analysis, writing specification documents 5. General understanding of common hardware: micro-controller, UART/SPI/I2C, RTC, etc. 6. Comfortable with command line tools (i.e., bash, git, gdb, etc.) * Language Skills (one of the following): Business English and Basic Japanese or Basic English and Business Japanese |
