About the Team Within the Company's global business scope, the Environment, Health, and Safety team's objective are to provide a safe, healthy, and sustainable working environment for everyone. The EHS team is truly a global function with team members in London, the USA, Singapore, and China. It applies the company values in everything it does, aiming for the highest industry standards and best practices, engaging its stakeholders with an always day-one mindset, and promoting a workplace that is developed for you and the planet. Responsibilities Support the implementation of the Global EHS Management System, while developing local and regionally compliant procedures and guidance for local stakeholders in Japan and Korea. - Act as the EHS subject matter expert and provide support to regional business partners . - Ensure all local regulatory and industry best practices and reporting requirements are met. - Developing and monitoring regional strategies for EHS performance, including preparing and communicating regular reports to EHS and regional business leadership. - Effective management of the local company health services, including the company doctor, nurse and committees - Develop and maintain routine documentation, such as risk assessments, audits, employee training and inspections. - Assist in the delivery of the global EHS objectives, including supporting and coordinating with other EHS team members, completing tasks as assigned to further improve the EHS culture and performance. |

勤務時間：10:00～19:00 （休憩1時間） 休日休暇：完全週休二日制／土・日、祝日、年末年始、お盆休み（4日）、有給休暇（一年目12日、入社日より付与）、傷病休暇（年6日） ※2019年休日数129日以上 福利厚生：社会保険完備、交通費支給（原則全額支給）、無料ドリンクお菓子コーナー、社内パーティー、選べるパソコン（Macbook、Windows） |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Qualifications- Knowledgable in environment, health, safety, or related field - Applicants with relevant experience and professional certificates, such as NEBOSH, will be considered - Where required, applicants must have the locally recognized qualifications and/or local authority registrations to operate as the designated Company Health and Safety Representative. - Graduate Member of IOSH or other locally recognized industry body is preferred - Excellent working knowledge of local, regional, and national compliance and regulatory requirements; general and construction standards - Able to work independently and drive results - Strong communication skills - Ability to influence key stakeholders and build relationships - Strong computer-based skills, able to produce reports and working documents to an exceptional standard - Strives for continuous improvement - Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business |
