FMDP is a two-year rotational finance leadership program and a proven path for accelerated career growth with a long history. This program combines coursework, a variety of finance assignments and interaction with senior leaders, as well as the global community. The FMDP program is committed to growing Conpany's entry level, high potential talent with a passion for technology and a drive for technical excellence by accelerating their development through intense training and a variety of business-critical assignments. ＜Roles and Responsibilities＞ · The program consists of four distinct six-months-long rotational assignments fully integrating into different business teams under the guidance of different Assignment Managers. The assignments focus on building expertise in areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance or Supply Chain Finance while gaining exposure to other business functions and senior leaders. · Through multiple assignments FMDP members are driven to build cross-functional expertise and work on a wide variety of projects. · The rotational assignments are also paired with formal classroom studies along with the global FMDP community to develop financial expertise and business acumen. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration).・Self-motivated, high-energy individual. ・Attention to detail and ability to perform in depth analysis linking financial results to operational performance. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and experience with finance systems. ・ Strong oral and written communication skills of Japanese and English ・Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously. ・Willingness to temporarily relocate for assignments. |
