Operations （Manufacturing） management. （1） Performance management for staffs through KPI management （2） Organization and talent development for operation team. Drive Operation excellence by （3） DL productivity improvement （4） Operation efficiency improvement. （5） Cost improvement （6） Staff engagement and training （7） Manufacturing system innovation Various projects management such as capacity expansion Support factory strategy development for future growth and propose to stakeholders as one of senior management Key Relationship Direct reports to: Aizu site GM Other Key relationship: Aizu internal staff managers, Global Equipment team. Responsibilities 1. Beat department KPI goals to contribute factory KPI goals achievement 2. Deliver the commitment （such as schedule and performance） to gain stakeholders’ royalty. 3. Report operational performance and status to stakeholders regularly 4. Develop organization and talent to enhance operation team’s capabilities. 5. Develop good relationship with stakeholders and internal/external peers. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1. Experience at semiconductor industry, especially operations （manufacturing） over 10years.2. Experience of operations （manufacturing） managers （or equivalent role） 3. Business level English skill （TOEIC 600） 4. University degree or above 5. Preferred experience at foreign company 6. Leadership skill, Competencies 1. Continuous improvement, 2. Effective communication, 3. Problem solving ＆ Decision making, 4. Relationship building, 5. Customer focus |
