本ポジションは感染症診断事業の成長戦略の主要な役割を担っていただきます。 また新設のポジションであることから、オペレーションを0ベースで構築し軌道に乗せるプロセスをご担当いただきます。 本ポジションはMAとしてMedical Strategyの立案やKOL Managementを担っていただきますが、よりBusiness Partnerとして感染症診断領域の成長をメディカルの側面から支援していただくことを期待しています。 具体的にはProduct Value Propositionの策定・Advocacy活動など、Commercialの担当者と近い距離でご活躍いただきます。 JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Head of Medical, Japan, this position leads and manages Japan IDS (Integrated Diagnostic Solutions) Medical Affairs. Responsible for medical leadership, interface with scientific organizations and Key Opinion Leaders, evidence generation, scientific education, and supporting market shaping initiatives. Provides expertise in reviewing marketing and clinical/scientific materials, crafting impactful clinical messaging, and communicating the value of our product offerings. Identifies new opportunities and collaborates with other functions to ensure alignment with regional and global medical affairs. Ensures alignment with Regional and Global MA and shares /provides insights pertaining to product /technology requirements in the region. PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide medical leadership to the IDS organization, contributing to the annual IDS country Business Strategy Process. • Develop and execute the Japan IDS Medical Affairs Strategy. • Ensure compliance with Medical Affairs Policies and procedures. • Work with Clinical Affairs to ensure all clinical data are available in line with the IDS strategy. • Communicate scientific evidence supporting the value messages of key IDS products. • Support internal and external clinical/scientific education activities. • Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) • Manage relationships with KOLs and scientific organizations, coordinating activities aligned with the local business strategy. • Provide clinical insights to inform medical, commercial, and R&D strategy based on the local clinical landscape. • Identify evidence gaps, contribute to global or regional evidence generation strategy, and execute local evidence generation activities. • Review promotional and educational material for scientific accuracy. • Act as an internal advisor for medical/scientific customer relationships, including pre-/post-sales clinical support and scientific exchange. • Training capability building of the field force and other internal stakeholders |

契約期間：期間の定めなし 試用期間：あり（6カ月） 就業時間：9:00～17:30（休憩1時間、フレックスタイム制） 休日 ：土日、祝日 休暇 ：年次有給休暇（入社直後付与、入社月により日数変動）、年末年始/慶弔 残業 ：あり 給与 ：想定年収 700万円～1500万円 想定月給：500,000円～1,100,000円（試用期間中の待遇に変化御座いません） 給与改定：年1回 通勤手当：会社規定に基づき支給（上限月額50,000円） 社会保険：健康保険、厚生年金、労災保険、雇用保険 備考 ：＜給与補足＞上記は目安となり、経験・能力により決定します。 |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • MD or PhD in a biomedical discipline.• 3+ years of experience in clinical medicine, lab medicine, clinical pathology, or diagnostics. • Advantageous to have Medical Affairs experience, including medical strategy development and team management. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Japanese. 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Background in Infectious Disease, Microbiology (culture-based and molecular), and/or Laboratory Medicine preferred.• Strong ethical standards and personal integrity. • Ability to collaborate, influence, and build relationships across a matrix organization. • Strong relationship-building skills with KOLs and external thought leaders. • Goal-oriented, organized, and disciplined with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Detail-oriented with strong scientific, technical, and analytical capabilities. • Ability to communicate complex clinical and scientific information to diverse audiences. • Proficient in using scientific data to engage regulatory bodies, scientific community, customers, and internal stakeholders. • Excellent presentation skills for medical and scientific data to various audiences. • Understanding of clinical stakeholders, clinical landscape, and clinical needs. • Ability to design clinical research studies and basic knowledge of biostatistics. • Familiarity with regulatory, reimbursement, and commercial issues in the clinical diagnostics industry. |
