You will be responsible for Providing Technical Support via chat, phone and email to customers and partners Providing assistance with configuration, troubleshooting and best practices to customers and partners Managing support service requests to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow up are done in a timely manner. 【必須（MUST）】 2 ～ 3 年のテクニカル サポート/統合の経験 (海外の顧客のサポート経験は有利です)ネットワーク セキュリティ製品の使用経験 (Check Point 製品があると有利) CCNA/CCNP/CCSA またはその他のネットワーク認定を取得するとさらに有利になります 言語：JLPT N1合格必須、英語力〜ビジネス英語 ストレスの多い職場環境に対処する能力 自律的に学習できる 優れた顧客サービスを提供する意欲 2-3 years of Technical Support/Integration/Technical Account Management experience (Support of international customers is a Plus) Experience with Network Security products (Check Point Products is an advantage) Experience with Windows/Linux environments 【歓迎（WANT）】 Advance English levelScripting /code knowledge is an advantage CCNA/CCNP/CCSA or any other Network Certification is an added advantage |
