As our Senior Medical Advisor, you are to provide early medical expertise and advice based on interactions with KOLs (Key Opinion Leader), independent professional associations and patient advocacy associations as necessary. Partner within Global and Japan Medical Affairs, cross-functionally with sales and marketing, and partner company to ensure alignment of medical affairs activities. Enhance team capabilities to drive scientific dialogue through medical information, MSL (Medical Science Liaison), KOL engagements, medical education, publications, and advisory boards. Manage budget within own product. ・Provide guidance and training to other Medical Affairs colleagues on the successful development and execution of effective medical strategies in the assigned therapy area. ・Contribute to delivering successful clinical trials (phase I-IV) in collaboration with clinical operations including driving scientific discussions at site selection and initiation visits and performing ad hoc visits. ・Leverage knowledge of clinical practice, KOL insights, competitor scientific activity, and future directions in healthcare to collaborate with marketing as well as other functions in the company to create brand strategies, plans and tactics. ・Guide development of therapy area publication plan aligned with local and global publication and lifecycle plans and ensures timely execution. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 PhD degree or above in science -related fields is required.Fluent in Japanese and business level in English (oral, reading and written) is essential. Solid knowledge of the relevant therapeutic area of relevant to diabetes (such as Cardiovascular, Endocrine, Hepatology, Nephrology etc.) is required. Basic marketing knowledge such as experiences to collaborate with marketing team is required. Have a good business mind, proactive mindset, prepared for changes and customer-oriented attitude. |
