■Job Description (English follows Japanese) ■日本語 【業務概要】 超小型人工衛星（重量100kg前後）搭載コンポーネントおよびシステムの開発を機械系エンジニアとして推進頂きます。機械設計には構造、熱、メカトロニクスを含みます。 【職務内容】 ・衛星搭載コンポーネントの機械設計およびベンダーとの技術仕様の調整 ・衛星搭載コンポーネントおよび衛星システムの組立手順の検討、組立手順を第三者に指示する為の資料作成、試験項目とその内容の検討および試験内容・手順を第三者に指示する為の資料作成 ・衛星搭載コンポーネントおよび衛星組立作業・衛星試験作業に対する支援作業 ・打上ロケット選定に関する技術面での支援業務 ・ロケット側より提示される機械環境条件に基づく衛星搭載コンポーネントおよび衛星システムの強度/剛性設計 ・組立性や衛星システムとしての性能実現を考慮した各搭載機器の配置検討および配置検討への提言 ・観測視野を有した搭載機器に対する視野解析 ・衛星搭載コンポーネントおよび衛星システムの質量特性設計及び開発過程での維持管理 ・機械系部品の調達（国内／海外）に関するベンダーとの調整業務 ・機械部品の調達に必要な機械図面の作図作業 ・組立/試験過程で発生した製品不具合に対する解決手法の検討および解決の実行に必要な各種調整作業 ・射場（国内／海外）への出張および打上前準備作業へ参加 ・打上後の軌道上評価（主に衛星の温度環境評価） ・将来衛星の開発に必要な将来技術の調査および社内での開発活動 ・新規部材の機械的特性評価試験の推進（引張試験／温度試験／寿命試験等） ・上記作業を推進するために必要な社内および社外（国内／海外）のステークホルダーとの調整作業 ・その他衛星の品質維持向上に資する活動の推進 ■English 【About the Role】 As a mechanical engineer, you will promote the development of components and systems for microsatellites (weighing around 100 kg). Mechanical design includes structural, thermal and mechatronics. 【Job Responsibilities】 ・Being responsible for mechanical design of satellite components and coordination of technical specifications with vendors ・Examining assembly procedures for satellite components and satellite systems, preparation of materials for instructing third parties on assembly procedures, examination of test items and their contents, and preparation of materials for instructing third parties on test contents and procedures ・Assisting satellite-mounted components, satellite assembly and test work ・Providing technical support for launch rocket selection ・Designing strength and rigidity of satellite system based on mechanical environment conditions presented by the rocket unit ・Examining the layout of on-board devices in consideration of performance of satellite system and its assembly set-ups ・Performing field analysis for on-board equipment with observational vision ・Maintaining and managing micro-satellites’ mass characteristic designing and development ・Coordinating with vendors regarding the procurement of mechanical parts (domestic/overseas) ・Providing mechanical drawing required for procurement of mechanical parts ・Coordinating various tasks required for examining and implementing solutions to the product defects that occurred during assembly/test processes ・Participating in business trips for launch campaigns (domestic/international) ・Executing in-orbit evaluation after the launch (mainly satellite temperature environment evaluation) ・Investigating future technologies useful for future satellite development as well as internal development activities ・Promoting mechanical characterization test of new parts (tensile test/temperature test/life span test) ・Performing internal and external coordination work with domestic and international stakeholders related to above tasks ・Promoting activities contributing to maintaining and improvement of satellite quality > *Favorable Skill set / Experiences* * Have specialized knowledge in satellites' system development * One or more of the following: * Experience in structural analysis (creation of analysis model, strength / stiffness analysis, modification of mechanical design based on analysis results) * Experience in thermal analysis (creation of analysis model, temperature prediction analysis, modification of mechanical design based on analysis result) * Knowledge of mechanical design of optical telescopes * Knowledge of mechanical design of unfolded structures * Experience in conducting vibration tests on mechanical products (sine wave / random wave as test content) * Experience in conducting temperature tests on mechanical products (equipment used is a thermal vacuum chamber or a constant temperature bath) * Knowledge of the properties of metallic materials * Knowledge of adhesive properties. * Knowledge of the properties of composites. * Experience in assembling mechanical hardware. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・工学もしくは理学の学士号以上・航空宇宙または航空分野における3年以上の実務経験、もしくは振動解析を活用した機械設計における3年以上の実務経験 ・3DCADソフトウェアを用いた機械製品の設計（ソフトウェアは不問） ・構造解析および振動解析に関する経験を有すること（解析モデルの作成、解析の実施、解析結果に基づく機械設計の修正） ・新しい知識/技術に対し積極的に学ぼうとする姿勢 ・物事の本質が何かを常に思考し続ける姿勢 ・ビジネスレベルの日本語と基本的な英語能力（技術的内容についての十分なコミュニケーション能力とビジネスメール等） ■Mandatory Requirements ・Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related field ・3+ years of practical experience in the aerospace or aviation field, or 3+ years of practical experience in mechanical design utilizing vibration analysis ・Mechanical product design using 3D CAD software (software not required) ・Experience in structural analysis and vibration analysis (creation of analysis model, execution of analysis, modification of mechanical design based on analysis results) ・Actively trying to learn new materials and technology ・Attitude to deeply think what the essence of the matter is ・Native or business fluency in English OR Japanese 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・人工衛星のシステム開発における専門的な知識を学んでいること・以下のいずれか または複数について、知識や経験のある方は歓迎します。 ・熱解析に関する経験を有すること（解析モデルの作成、温度予測解析、解析結果に基づく機械設計の修正） ・光学望遠鏡の機械設計に関する知識を有すること ・ダンパーもしくはショックアブソーバーの機械設計に関する知識を有すること ・展開構造物もしくはアクチュエーターを含む機械設計に関する知識を有すること ・機械製品に対する振動試験の実施経験を有すること（試験内容として正弦波／ランダム波） ・機械製品に対する温度試験の実施経験を有すること（使用設備は熱真空チャンバーもしくは恒温槽） ・金属材料の特性に関する知識を有すること ・接着剤の特性に関する知識を有すること ・複合材料の特性に関する知識を有すること ・機械系ハードウェアの組立経験を有すること ■Favorable Skill set / Experiences ・Have specialized knowledge in satellites' system development ・One or more of the following: ・Experience in structural analysis (creation of analysis model, strength / stiffness analysis, modification of mechanical design based on analysis results) ・Experience in thermal analysis (creation of analysis model, temperature prediction analysis, modification of mechanical design based on analysis result) ・Knowledge of mechanical design of optical telescopes ・Knowledge of mechanical design of unfolded structures ・Experience in conducting vibration tests on mechanical products (sine wave / random wave as test content) ・Experience in conducting temperature tests on mechanical products (equipment used is a thermal vacuum chamber or a constant temperature bath) ・Knowledge of the properties of metallic materials ・Knowledge of adhesive properties. ・Knowledge of the properties of composites. ・Experience in assembling mechanical hardware. |
