◆Mission As a member of company, accounting team, to implement appropriate accounting transactions, monthly & annual closing, and financial management of company (starting with AR, Customer Credit, Insurance, Cash Flow management). Also to continuously improve the operation. ◆Tasks ・Implementation of monthly & annual closing & financial management of the company, collaborating with Accounting Team. ・Account Receivable & Credit Management. ・Cash Flow management (planning, variance analysis, & improvement of CF positions of the company) ・Corporate Insurance Management ・Transfer Pricing Management ・Audit Management (incl. external audit) ・(In future, expanding to PL, BS, Tax management as rotation.) ◆職務のミッション 当社のアカウンティングチームの⼀員として、会計業務、⽉次・年次決算業務、財務管理（売上管理、与信管理、保険管理、キャッシュフロー管理を業務の中⼼とする）を遂⾏し、また、業務効率化を実現する。 ◆業務内容 ・⽉次・年次決算業務において会計処理、財務管理の実施 ・売掛⾦・与信管理 ・キャッシュフロー管理（予測、実績差異分析、必要な改善策の策定・提案、実施） ・保険管理 ・移転価格の管理 ・監査法⼈による外部監査対応 （将来的には、PL, BS, 税務管理へと業務を拡⼤・ローテーションしていくことを想定する） |

◆Required Skills / Experiences ・More than 5year service experiences in either accounting / FP&A team in commercial company or advisory / auditing in accounting Firms. ・Experience of using ERP system (ideally experience of using “SAP”) ・(Ideally) certified accountant of JP / CPA ・(Ideally) experiences serving in foreign companies ◆Communication Japanese︓Business ~ Native English︓Business (Required to communicate with HQ in Switzerland in English) *Please articulate TOEIC score, or/and experience of business communication in English. (or any record in education) ◆Expected Profile Next Leader in accounting team to own financial operation of company To lead a change & transformation, not being satisfied with “Status Quo”. Strong Ethics to sustain sound accounting transactions & operations. Strong Communication Skill to explain essence of accounting related topics to management & team who donʼt have an accounting background / expertise. Also strong communication skill & accounting expertise for an appropriate external communication related to financial operation incl. external audit. ◆スキル・経験 ・経理部・ファイナンス部⾨等での会計業務経験、または監査法⼈等での監査・アドバイザリー業務 5 年以上 ・ERP 使⽤経験(特に SAP の使⽤経験があれば望ましい) ・必須ではないが、公認会計⼠・CPA が望ましい ・必須ではないが、外資系企業での勤務経験があれば望ましい ◆必要⾔語 ⽇本語︓ネイティブ 英語︓ビジネスレベル (スイス HQ と会話、メールでのコミュニケーションが必須) *TOEIC スコア、ビジネスでの利⽤経験、留学経験などを推薦時にご記載下さい ◆求める⼈物像 ・当社の会計業務全般に責務を負うマネージャーポジションに対する次世代候補 ・現状に満⾜せず、変化・変⾰をリードする姿勢 ・会計処理の健全性を保つことへの倫理観 ・会計の専⾨性を経理部・ファイナンス部⾨以外のメンバーに対してわかりやすいコミュニケーションを実施 ・外部監査等、会計の専⾨性が求められる状況での適切なコミュニケーションの実施 |
