仕事内容 【職務内容】
弊社のグローバル全体でのシステム統合を行うにあたりチームリーダとして、アプリケーションアーキテクトを率いて、全社で整合性の取れたアーキテクチャー構築を担っていただきます。
具体的には以下業務を担当いただきます。
・Application Architecture Management Teamに於けるチームリーダを担い、本部内外の各ロールと協業し、グローバルIT投資、コスト削減などの実行につなげる。
・アプリに係る弊社及び国内外関係会社のグローバルIT標準を策定する。
・海外各地域と深く協業し、IT水準の高い海外の技術を積極的に取り入れる。
・標準外ソリューション及びテクノロジーのモダナイゼーション、撤廃を主導する。
・策定したアプリケーションアーキテクチャ及びリファレンスアーキテクチャを社内外に周知し適用を推進する。主要技術についてPoCを主導する。
・システム連携戦略を策定し、適用を推進する。

[Job Description]
Build Our group global enterprise architecture and ensure company-wide IT consistency.
Closely work with Chief Architect and other IT/Business departments to do below tasks.
The scope of responsibility will be decided according to the candidate skillset and experience from the following:

- Define and implement Our group global enterprise architecture and the roadmap to improve ROI and Time to Market.
- Define standard application architecture and execute a migration plan.
- Review and ensure that the design of new application is based on the role of processes and data in the arrangement of functions. Make recommendations for improvements to new and existing applications.
- Develop a reference architecture and implement a migration plan. Perform PoC on key technologies.
- Select and design IT solutions for new business requirements based on the business needs defined by related departments.
- Define technology standards and developing and implementing integration plans for technical debts. Define the technology components required in the medium term and conduct PoC.
- Define an integration standards strategy for inter-system integration, and design, review, and recommend improvements to the solution to ensure that the design is reasonable, best practices, and does not compromise future maintainability.

労働条件 ■雇用形態：
正社員（雇用契約期間の定めなし・弊社グループ各社への在籍出向あり）

■試用期間：６ヶ月

■給与・賞与
月給：60万円～71万円
参考年収：1030万円～1220万円
※等級・グレードによっては時間外管理監督外となるため残業代の支給はございません

■勤務時間：9:00 - 17:45 (フレックス制度あり)

■時間外労働：あり

■公休日：土曜日、日曜日、国民の祝日、年末年始、その他

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

・経験業界（年数）：IT/コンサルティング業界、ないしは事業会社の情報システム部門でのご経験（7年以上）
At least 7 years of experience in the IT/consulting industry or in the information systems department.
・経験職種（年数）・経験内容：
下記何れかのご経験:
-アーキテクト, コンサルタントなどの立場でビジネスプロセス/アプリケーション/データ/インフラのいずれかもしくは複数領域のアーキテクチャ策定のご経験　5年以上
-チームリードのご経験
-グローバルでのプロジェクト推進のご経験
-最新IT技術社内導入経験
-ICT戦略立案経験、ITロードマップ策定経験
Experience in any of the following:
・At least 5 years of experience in architecting (Business process/Application/Data/Infrastructure) as an architect, consultant, etc.
・Team lead experience.
・Experience in global project management.
・Experience in implementing the state-of-the-art IT technologies.
・Experience in ICT strategy planning and IT roadmap development.
・語学力：英語（ビジネスレベル）日本語（日常会話）
English (Business level), Japanese (Conversational level)
*Work permission in Japan required.
・その他：テクニカルスキルとコミュニケーションスキルによって主要なステークホルダーと良好な関係を築き、リーダーシップを発揮した経験
・Demonstrate strong communication and technical skills and establish good relationship with key stakeholders.

-工場・研究開発領域の業務システムの設計, 開発経験

・Experience in designing and developing business systems required in the chemical, healthcare life science, and pharmaceutical industries.
・Experience in designing and developing business systems for factories and R&D areas.
・Experience with SAP, Salesforce, AWS/GCP/Azure
・Experience in writing RFIs/RFPs for large-scale projects
・経験補足：
SAP/SFDCなどのSaaS、パッケージソフト導入のご経験があれば尚可
・Experience in SaaS and packaged software (SAP/SFDC) is a plus.
