【職務内容/Main Tasks】 グローバル内部監査室の責任者（室長）として主に下記の業務をご担当いただきます。 ・内部監査に関する企画策定～企画の実行・改善提案 ・各部門のチームレポートの取りまとめ ・グローバルの各拠点との連携及び会議 ※必要に応じて海外出張が発生する可能性がございます （組織構成） ・グローバル内部監査室は、約20名の構成となっております。 As the person in charge of the Global Internal Audit Office (General Manager), you will be mainly responsible for the following tasks. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・事業会社・監査法人・リスクコンサル会社での内部監査経験を5年以上お持ちの方・マネジメント経験（部長、副部長などでの経験があると望ましい） ・英語がビジネスレベルで使用できること ・日本語ネイティブレベルで使用できること More than 5 years of experience as a senior manager (with people management) in the internal audit department of an audit corporation, risk consultant. Native level in Japanese and Business level in English. Previous management experience. 自動車業界経験：/Experience of the car industry あれば尚可/preferred TOEIC：800 【歓迎（WANT）】 データ分析経験、製造業での内部監査経験、自動車業界、品質保証での経験Deep experience in data analytics, manufacturing operations auditing, automotive development, quality assurance 自動車業界経験：/Experience of the car industry あれば尚可/preferred TOEIC：900 【求める人物像/Please describe successful candidate image】 (Personality) ・優れたコミュニケーション能力をお持ちで、多文化で国際的なチームで働くことを楽しめる方 ・組織としてのルールを守れ、自立性のある方 ・データや数字を扱うことが好きな方や得意な方 ・自動車業界で働くことに情熱を持てる方 Open-minded, good communicator and a team player who enjoys working in a multi-cultural and international team Structured, organized and disciplined Self-driven, motivated and passionate about working with data and numbers Passionate about automotive industry and cars |
