Purpose of the Position 1. Act on behalf of GBPL for FI & Cross functional process from Finance side to drive standardization and alignment of best practices globally 2. Supervise standardization activities 3. Gather, review, document as-is business processes for all regions in scope 4. Map with SAP S4 and other solutions related module best-practice processes, compare as-is and best practice, identify gaps and related business needs (such as local regulation), while recommending improvements and workarounds towards best practice 5. Get approvals to exceptions (customizations) to standard processes and best practice from GBPL and BTC, while driving buy-in from end-users to adopt the best practice or minimize customization to the absolute minimum require 6. Facilitate change management and lead subject matter experts to increase end-user satisfaction levels and business productivity using process improvement methodology and tools. Key Responsibilities 1. Drive global process design and continuously align with business process experts across all regions 2. Ensure development of standardized business processes based on best practice 3. Manage business requirements for Solution change requests 4. Regularly communicate with business process experts across regions and with senior leadership regarding operational updates and associated financial benefits 5. Support change management activities aimed at deployment of target business processes 6. Provide a fit-gap analysis against UPM to prevent region-specific processes, with the exception for region-specific processes to meet local legal/regulatory requirements |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1. Experience of business processes and data model implementation of SAP S4/HANA or ECC2. Experience working with the cross functional team with internal or external member 3. Strong knowledge of RTR (FI) Process, Standards and Operations in SAP as well as related applications 4. Be eager for the best practice / solution to put in place 5. Be a good communicator with internal / external stakeholders, managements, other function member and his/her peers. 6. Motivate to learn and understand the linkage between Business process and solution 7. More than 5 years of Finance Business Function (Accounting) 8. Facilitation and Presentation skill 9. English/Japanese (Business Level Above) Has strong motivation for innovation / change |
