仕事内容 1. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating cyber security management programs to prevent or minimize cyber security risks at manufacturing sites in Japan
2. Define policies and standards, and provide comprehensive and independent oversight and governance to ensure manufacturing, quality and supply chain systems comply with the required SOPs and cyber security risks strategy and plans
3. Use broad knowledge of cyber security to propose and implement solutions in order to assure business continuity, accelerate business strategy, and mitigate security risks at the manufacturing sites
4. Act as the cyber security manager to comprehensively cover the cyber security field in manufacturing sites （including Industrial Control System （ICS）） by collaborating with stakeholders （e.g. Engineering, plant business units, global data ＆ technology, etc.）

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a similar field such as Engineering
2. Ability to write and speak in the English and Japanese languages
3. Experience in risk management operations in the Cyber / Information security and IT infrastructure fields
4. Experience working with stakeholders or team member at a practical level to lead and drive tasks for goal achievement
5. Demonstrate strong autonomy in problem solving issues such as security incidents
6. Ability to set priorities, align stakeholder expectations, and develop and execute associated action plans
7. Excellent oral and written communications skills, with logical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
8. Ability to work with teams located in different sites, aligning, and adapting different work, culture, and communication styles
9. Experience with working on global projects
10. Self－motivated with a positive and flexible attitude

【歓迎（WANT）】

1. Experience in building, implementing, and improving cyber security governance and processes in collaboration with stakeholders
2. Relevant industry experience （3＋ years） such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industry preferred
3. General knowledge about Good Manufacturing Practice （GMP）
4. Knowledge and expertise in OT （Operational Technology） cyber security including ICS （e.g., IEC62443, ISO27001, etc.）
5. Ability to build on extensive in－depth knowledge within the technical area of expertise and to enhance one’s own skills
6. Ability to develop a security strategy, and plan, manage, and execute security risk management processes
