【Responsibilities】 • You manage Product Engineering Department as the leader. • You do proper human resource management including ; 1) Assignment of team members to proposal work and/or projects 2) Work load monitoring 3) Training, guidance and development 4) Support team members to set up objectives • You shall report directly to Engineering Director • You work in good harmony with other disciplines (Sales, R&D, etc) • You have direct interface with Global Engineering and CTO for technical coordination, approvals and so forth. |

【必須（MUST）】 • You have a minimum of Ten (10) years of experience in team management• You have a Bachelor‘s degree in Engineering or related field of study • You have extensive knowledge and experience in Chlor-Alkali electrolysis process and technologies • You do not hesitate to communicate with other people both in English and Japanese with highly open mind • You understand the Japanese and western business culture differences • You are willing to travel both domestic and overseas • You have an ability to work in a highly flexible and a fast-paced environment • You are highly capable of problem definition and analysis and developing solutions concepts |
