＜About the Position＞ The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience and will be responsible for planning and reviewing engagements, interacting with clients and preparing audit, reviewing and compiling financial statements for clients listed in SEC. ＜Responsibilities＞ ・Preforms audits of SEC and private clients in various industries including but not limited to commercial markets i.e. manufacturing, technology and consumer products ・Coordinates the day-to-day duties of planning, fieldwork and wrap-up ・Stays current on technical and industry developments and standards while evaluating potential impacts on their client ＜engagements＞ ・Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of SEC regulations and PCAOB guidelines, and documents and communicates the application of these principles ・Prepares SEC filings, financial statements and disclosures for appropriateness in form, content, completeness, accuracy, and ensures that quarterly reviews are properly performed ・Acts as client contact; communicates effectively with clients and developss positive relationships with client personnel ・Conducts research, consults with team members, draws conclusions and prepares memos based on target issues ・Communicates with Partner on work status and client issues that arise ・Keeps up to date on U.S. GAAP laws and regulations ---------------------------------------------------------------- 【業務内容】 ・様々な業種及びマーケットにおけるにおける米国SEC監査及び非公開会社の監査業務補助。 ・監査業務におけるフィールドワーク全般。監査計画からクロージングまでが業務範囲となります。 ・クライアントに対する潜在的な影響を斟酌しながら助言活動に務めることもございます。 【求める人物像】 ・SEC登録企業において2年から8年程度の監査計画及びクライアントとの折衝の経験がある方を大歓迎しております。 ・次のような方を歓迎しております。 -SEC規則やPCAOBガイドラインについて十分な知識や制度趣旨の深い理解がある方あります。 -SEC向けのファイリングを適時適切に指導できる方。 -クライアントとの継続的関係構築及び良好なコミュニケーションが必要になります。 -チームメンバーとともにクライアントの属する事業環境及び課題を研究できる方。 -パートナーと協議の上、顧客課題や作業進捗の報告ができる方。 -米国会計基準とそれに関する法規制のキャッチアップできる方。 |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required・Experience of accounting auditor ・CPA preferred ・2+ years’ experience in a similar role ・Willing to travel ・Bi-lingual in English and Japanese required ・Excellent verbal and written communication skills ・Prior experience managing engagements and clients ・Ability to work independently, but also work well with others ・Stays current on technical and industry developments and standards while evaluating potential impacts on their client engagements 【必須条件等】 ・大学学部卒以上。 ・（所属国を問わず）公認会計士資格保有者を優先いたします。 ・会計監査のご経験がある方 ・監査周辺分野について２年以上のご経験がある方。 ・出張等訪問可能な方。 ・日本語及び英語の活用ができる方。（読み書き共に） ・クライアントを含めたチームマネジメントの経験がある方。 ・個人は勿論、チームワークでも実力を発揮できる方。 ・関連する産業の知識や法規制等に継続的に知識をアップデートできる方。 |
