| 仕事内容 |
1. Help establish a sound Ethics System and execute the company's global ethics program throughout local offices to ensure that Ethics global policies, processes and tools are effectively communicated to the appropriate employee groups in the organization. 2. Design and implement localized ethics ＆ compliance programs in entities within the organization as needed. Ensure the organization receives appropriate proactive and reactive ethics engagement. 3. Identify ethics ＆ compliance matters that require follow－up or investigation, and as appropriate, conduct or support investigations, or otherwise refer issues to the appropriate internal investigating body in the company. 4. Be a Trusted Business Partner: deliver effective ethics advice to leaders and employees across the organization, including those matters involving or requiring engagement with external authorities. 1.健全なエシックスシステムの確立をサポートし、ローカルオフィス全体で会社のグローバルエシックスプログラムを実行、エシックスに関するグローバルポリシー、プロセス、およびツールを組織内に普及させる 2.必要に応じて、組織内にローカライズされたエシックスおよびコンプライアンスプログラムをデザインおよび実装、また組織において適切に積極的な倫理的取り組みを行う 3.フォローアップまたは調査を必要とするエシックスおよびコンプライアンスの問題を特定し、必要に応じて調査を実施またはサポートするか、または問題を社内の適切な内部調査機関に照会する 4.信頼できるビジネスパートナーになる：組織全体のリーダーと社員に、外部当局との関与を伴うまたは必要とする事項を含め、効果的なエシックス関連の提言を行う |

【必須（MUST）】 1.
