Bringing together exceptional teams of experts and industry leading technologies to support diagnostic testing which provides important information for treatment and management of diseases and other conditions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Laboratory work Manufacturing Transfer from the other site to our site Evaluate scale up of liquid production process Adjust the process Evaluate the change and transfer process and product Product support Pre－evaluate the materials and new material or process Trouble shooting for the product or testing, root cause analysis and improvement Monitoring and analyze data from manufacturing and QC Frequently used process Prepare the buffer solution, protein solution and colloidal solution Prepare the immunochromatography test device Test the device with human serum/plasma, whole blood or other fluid. Record in the laboratory notebook Plan the experiment and execute Learn how to use the production machine for the evaluation Operate production machine for the evaluation Documentation Manufacturing Transfer from the other site to our site Prepare the manufacturing, testing process to the document in out site Prepare the Design Transfer document Plan and implementation the change Prepare the protocol for evaluation and report the results Impact assessment for change or incident Change the related document for the production and testing. General requirement Work for operational excellence project Follow the quality system and improve the work process Laboratory maintenance, Machine/Equipment maintenance Kaizen, Six sigma or other improvement program |
| 労働条件 |
This position will work in the Chiba plant and will be in charge of operational R＆D tasks. The ideal candidate is a specialist level, although mid－career candidates may be considered as well. A person with R＆D experience in antibody－antigen reaction proteins, at least 2 years in a laboratory setting, will be a good candidate. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 －More than 2 years' experience in laboratory work－Basic knowledge of antibody－antigen reaction －Basic knowledge for science especially for biochemistry or material science －Basic knowledge for statistics －Plan and prepare the experimental protocol, do the experiment and prepare the report －Accurate use of micropipette, UV/VIS photometer, pH meter, and centrifuge etc. －Native level Japanese speaker and writing in Japanese －Can read visual test （red line or black line signal intensity） －PC skills: Intermediate Excel user －Intermediate English skills for reading the technical documents in English －Bachelor, Master or Doctor of Science, Pharmaceutical Science or Engineering 【歓迎（WANT）】 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Six Sigma or QC KENTEI （Quality Management and Quality Control Examination） COMPETENCIES: Teamwork and collaboration Confidence to achieve the goal |
