1. Position summary/background, i.e product or functionality the role will work on－ • The application name is NX－PDM, it manages the E－BOM data and its release process, it uses Teamcenter and NX. It is integrated with in house BOM management system, which is connected using SOA framework. The release and cad design for BOM happens in Teamcenter ＋ NX. 2. Nature of work, i.e. role objective－ • Currently , it is production support. • Consulting related to Teamcenter OOTB functions and solution. • Investigating installation and configuration problems 3. Day－to－day responsibility－ • Production support like data recovery, running sql queries in production, answering users/L1/L2 questions. • Project side, support project team for technical questions, related to Teamcenter or project design. • Deployment Team/Infra Team : Help team to solve installation error or any configuration error. |
