My client is a very successful Fintech company that is rapidly growing by making it possible for anyone to invest in alternative assets. They are looking for a highly motivated candidate to take the role of Acquisition specialist who will report directly to the Head of this division and will be in charge of sourcing, due diligence, and executing significant investments in Real Estate, Private Equity and other growing sectors. You will be on a team of some of the most knowledgeable Investment Professionals, where you can hone your skills and develop your career with significant potential, as you will be one of the first members on the team. If you wish to apply and hear more, please submit your CV for review Responsibilities Survey － Analysis of industries and markets targeted by business Strategy planning based on each survey / analysis Creation of various materials （materials related to contracts, presentation materials, etc.） Acquisition－operation－management of target assets for small－lot products Marketing activities for financing Relationships with stakeholders （external partners, group companies, financial institutions, etc.） Qualifications Practical experience in charge of work required to promote projects and projects Strong and correct awareness of legal compliance Ability to proceed with various document procedures accurately One of the following experiences －Working experience as an acquisition manager－Working experience as an asset manager |
