仕事内容  Ensure timely, accurate and complete preparation of monthly Financial Statements, cash flows, and other financial supporting schedules for US GAAP corporate reporting
 Drive the preparation, review, audit and filing of statutory financial statements and tax returns in co－operation with internal departments and external advisors
 Lead the preparation and review of annual P＆L budgets and quarterly forecasts with local management and FP＆A
 Provide monthly reporting of actual performance compared to forecast and prior year, including commentary on variances, to local management and FP＆A
 Support FP＆A and Japan management team in regular Business Review materials including financial implications of local business dynamics, risks and opportunities
 Develop, implement, and enforce compliance with internal controls over financial reporting and operational processes
 Partner with and provide commercial financial counsel to the General Manager, FP＆A, direct reports and all other functions to support the execution of strategic initiatives as well as local business opportunities and ad－hoc analysis as required
 Identify and drive projects that enable continual improvements, including those that create efficiency and enhance the effectiveness of operations or financial ＆ business reporting

Staff Management and Development
 Ensure effective staffing and maintain communications with direct reports for them to operate efficiently within established policies and values
 Recruit, appraise, coach and manage the performance of direct reports on an ongoing basis
 Drive the development of talent and provide opportunities for skills improvement of direct reports and their staff

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, CA /CPA
 Post qualification experience of at least 5＋ years
 MBA would be an advantage but not mandatory
 Manufacturing exposure would be looked upon favorably but not essential
 Experience of delivering business accounts to local statutory, US GAAP requirements and in accordance with a Sarbanes Oxley （SOX） program
 Demonstrated ability to successfully build, coach and lead teams
 High level proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs and ERP systems
