・本田技研工業向けADAS製品の法人営業⇒カスタマーマネジメント、ビジネスディベロップメント ・契約管理、新規プロジェクトの受注活動、販売計画立案 ・市場分析 ・担当顧客への販売戦略立案（ビジネスディベロップメント、受注計画、各種プロジェクト推進、他） ・ホンダ向けビジネス戦略の実行と実現 （拡販業務、受注活動、開発費用回収、販売価格と年次コストダウン管理、販売台数計画、各種データ管理） ・業務上、契約取り交わしに関する顧客との調整 ・様々な営業活動における、顧客との良好な関係構築 ・顧客ニーズの分析、要約と定期的なマネジメントへのレポート ・キャッシュフロー管理のサポート（売り上げ金額や開発コスト回収）、量産納入調整時のサポート － Customer Management, Business Development － Contract Management, order intake, Sales Planning － Market analysis － Define Customer Strategy （Business development plan, Business acquisition, Project Execution, etc） －Realization and Project Execution for Honda Business Targets （Sales, Order Intake, Reimbursements, Profitability, Sales Price ＆ Annual CD, Volume Forecast, Precision of relevant data） － Drive commercial and contractual aspects of the customer relationship － Ensure Intimacy with Customer throughout general activities －Analize Customer Needs and Summarize as regular Management Report －Drive Promotion Relevant Activities （Internal alignment, Demo preparation and execution with Engineering Team） －Support operational cash flow management （account receivables） and order processing （support to operations during allocation） |

【必須（MUST）】 Automotive Tier－1 Business Knowledge and Techniques－ Customer Communication － Contract － ADAS Products and Functions － English Advanced level （writing / speaking） － 3－5 years field experience in the Automotive industry （sales / project management / marketing） － Working experience with JOEMs” － Has experience as a project member from quote phase to development completion. 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Leadership experience would be considered positively for smooth carrier up－Experience working with diverse nationalities would be welcome － Work location in Utsunomiya preferred （宇都宮勤務が可能な方優遇、但し横浜本社での採用も検討可能です） |
