We are looking for a bar－raising Senior Manager who: Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into actionable reports/dashboards. Translate data into actionable insights Identify processes to automate and scale ad－hoc analyses, and work with team to develop scalable solution on them. Manage multiple dashboard programs; design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user－friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs. Lead strategic product implementation in all business areas in JP Lead in strategic and tactical planning discussions Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams. Solve complex problems by building scrappy and effective models Works within time constraints to meet critical business needs |

【歓迎（WANT）】 BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree 5＋ years of program/product/analytics management experience 5＋ years of people management experience Proficiency with data tools/systems including Excel Experienced in working with distributed teams, often in different countries Experience managing multiple senior stakeholders; Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience with SQL and tools such as Tableau Business Level of English （written ＆ verbal） PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master's Degree in science / MBA Experience leading/managing large scale team with technical background Demonstrated ability to work in a fast－paced, ambiguous, deadline－oriented work environment. You create order, without stifling progress and adaptation Experience leading new or start－up related projects where processes need to be defined, implemented and iterated within last mile Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture |
