Responsibilities: Collaborate with business users and project team on requirements and expectations Analyze business requirements, create proper data solutions that meets functional and non－functional requirements Define the data architecture, structure, storage, security model of data in Data platform （including HDFS, Hive, HBase, Solr, Azure data services） Analyze existing system to find the original source data based on business requirements Work with the Application Development team to implement data strategies, build data flows Create data flows using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy Validate business data objects for accuracy and completeness Analyze data－related system integration challenges and propose appropriate solutions Guide System Analysts, Engineers, Programmers and others on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces Discover metadata of the source database, including value patterns and distributions, key candidates, foreign－key candidates, and functional dependencies |

【歓迎（WANT）】 Requirements:Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in system development or business system analyst role Experience in managing and implementing successful projects Demonstrated good leadership, strong project management skills and successful project deliveries Skills: Strong data/system analytics skills using various coding language Good knowledge of Oracle database, RDBMS, non－SQL database, Linux, Cloud Data structures and data management knowledge and proven experience knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem or Cloud data platforms. Exposure to new platforms and adapt to a continuous evolving ecosystem of multiple moving components involving Hive, HBase, Zeppelin, Spark, Livy, Solr, QlikSense, PowerBI and other BI tools Good problem－solving skills Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Preferable: Understanding of REST API, micro－services, ETL, and Salesforce is preferred Hand－on experience with Cloud services is preferred Understanding of streaming data processing and change data capture is preferred Experience with BI tools is preferred Language: Japanese: Advanced （JLPT N1 equivalent） English: Intermediate Personality: Detailed and precise, able to drive alone the design and development of complex system Patient and verbally apt, specific to senior business users Able to understand non－technical specification and transform to IT requirements Able to adapt to users’ needs but also assertive enough to navigate complex and demanding continuously growing environment Good prioritization skills and project management skills. Able to absorb and handle multiple requests at the same time Willing to learn new technologies and pick up challenging work Team player |
