【業務内容】 Role Overview Reporting to Head of US Reporting ＆ Quality Control, Manager Financial Control will oversee internal control over financial reporting （ICFR） for US GAAP （SOX） and J GAAP （J ICFR） for the group companies. Manager Financial Control will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing coordination and driving efforts to ensure ICFR is properly implemented and functioning across the financial reporting processes for Japan business. Driving efficiency improvement and close process acceleration are key priorities for Finance, and this role will play an important contribution to achieving these objectives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience working with the complex processes of a large global leading company and understanding of end－to－end processes for Japan business. 職責（Job Responsibilities） Assist Management （all 1st line stakeholders） in compliance with the ICFR Policy Coordinate all ICFR matters on behalf of Management Assist Management on all activities of the ICFR cycle Assist Management in the development and monitoring of remediation/action plans for identified control deficiencies Coordinate ICFR inquiries with IAG, FCU and PwC Perform ad－hoc quality control procedures Keep track of expense for Japan ICFR activities Support various financial initiatives |

【必須（MUST）】 スキル/知識/能力/資格/免許Process engineering skills （preferred） Comprehensive knowledge of ICFR framework, in particular SOX Knowledge of both US GAAP reporting and J GAAP reporting Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese Ability and willingness to communicate and work with stakeholders, both internal and external.
