You will be our first Customer Success Manager, which means you will be responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and workflow for Japan Office account management efforts. You will manage a portfolio of customers in the enterprise space. In addition, you can expect to work very closely with Customer Success Technical Managers, Sales Executives, Marketing, and GTM leadership to develop new value propositions, build awareness, own renewals/upsell/expansion, and reveal significant growth opportunities. Responsibilities: • Establish and grow relationships with executive sponsors and decision-makers through regular account planning, business reviews, and maintaining high levels of engagement. • Actively manage the success of a portfolio of strategic customers and support customer success, technical managers, with commercial/business aspects. • Be responsible for retention, development, and up-selling of focused accounts. • Close renewal and expansion business every month, meeting or exceeding your quarterly and annual goals. • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of products and services. • Build strong customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement and communication; conduct routine account performance planning and business reviews • Drive customer advocacy in the form of references, referrals, and case studies. |

【必須(MUST)】 REQUIREMENTS• 5 + years experience in a client-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales experience from a high-tech (SaaS) company. • At least two years of experience in team management. • You have experience and abilities in retention/renewal, upsell, and general sales. • You have a solid executive presence. You are comfortable talking to a Fortune 500 CMO, CEO, CIO, or CTO. • You have experience developing strategies on assigned accounts to fully leverage technology solutions. • You have led projects from conception to closure and have experience using internal resources to get things done. • You know how to build trusted relationships with marketing agencies, executive sponsors and end-users. • Superior verbal, written communication, strong presentation skills and ability to tell a compelling data story. • Proven track record of consistently exceeding objectives, self-motivated, and driven by results. • Big advantage: • Knowledge and experience with Paid Search and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and relevant platforms, such as Google Ads (Adwords) and Google Analytics is a major advantage and will be taken into account even if you have less than the required experience. • Experience with measuring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance metrics is an advantage. |
