Job Description LLD CRM digital product manager is responsible for project management － analyze, produce and coordinate developments in order to build new or improve existing IT applications, for providing better customer experience. He/She participates to define the CX vision by aligning business needs and IT capabilities, then lead all support activities on IT projects coordination and tracking tasks. Responsibility － Analyze functional requirements, formalize their technical translations and undertake the corresponding developments － Lead and conduct User Acceptance Test and/or monitor the test phases of the developments in compliance with the defined test scenario － Draw－up and/or supervise the documentation in compliance with the defined norms and standards － Perform corrective maintenance of applications － Propose technical and sustainable solutions － Use knowledge of IT trends and developments to improve service to internal clients, － Elaborate the working－ and versioning methods, planning and technical specifications of different development projects and ensure that they are respected － Coordinate the （external） development teams （if applicable） － Supervise the business requirements and technical solutions, and ensure its overall quality － Anticipate, investigate, and monitor proactively the overall business demand pipeline in terms of IT services and product － Collaborate with data team to ensure data captured from each frontend system can be stored in actionable state in CRM system （SPACE） － Owner of Business application （SPACE－CDP, SFMC） － Catching up with and providing new value through latest information technology and idea Other － Business level of English is required （※売上世界トップ外資系化粧品メーカー:BEAUTY PACKAGING「世界の化粧品メーカー売上ランキング」調べ） |
| 労働条件 |
勤務時間：9:00～17:45（コアタイム10:00～15:00）実働7時間45分、うち休憩60分 ※営業職はみなし労働制を採用 雇用形態：正社員 給与詳細：7－10M （手当, ボーナス含む） / （Allowance, bonus inclusive） |
