－ Lead formulation of Automated Marketing strategies for Japan, in consideration of target customers, competitive environment, our program’s strengths and areas to invest for future innovations
－ Manage, improve and innovate paid traffic programs such as Paid Search （Text and Product ads）, Associates （Affiliates and Influencers） and Social Media. Drive topline and customer growth while managing marketing budget, meeting ROI criteria.
－ Drive free traffic programs, including Search Engine Optimization and Outbound communication （Email and Push Notification）
－ Innovate, launch, and grow new online marketing programs especially in areas of new media and viral marketing
－ Drive fundamental improvements to proprietary machine learning, bidding and targeting platforms to better serve the JP customer in end－to－end product discovery journey
－ Drive innovation to operating model with our partner and dependency teams that enable agile innovations in how we market to the JP customer
－ Deliver results and help meet or exceed goals in sales, profitability, new customers, and various high－value programs such as Prime membership and Mobile App acquisition and engagement.
－ Develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with international product and engineering teams, JP retail category leadership, and other local marketing/finance partner teams to maximize growth opportunities and long－term program value
－ Share and learn worldwide best practices, to mutually help among worldwide marketing teams and achieve goals.
【必須（MUST）】10＋ years mix of retail / promotion experiences, preferably in e－Commerce business
Strong drive for execution and commitment for delivering results
Passion for metrics and quantitative/qualitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable marketing plans
Business level English to collaborate with international stakeholders
Deep knowledge of Japan Internet industry
Experience of managing people and skills to effectively direct team’s efforts toward goals
Ability to think big, and innovate the marketing programs
Demonstrated skills in managing complex processes with multiple business owners, making trade－offs against business priorities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to work with global technology and business teams.

MBA or equivalent masters degree is a plus
