UXデザイナー／UIデザイナーをご担当いただきます。 他のデザイナーのチームメンバーと連携しながら、サービスの体験をデザインし、各種Web・モバイルアプリケーションにおいて洗練されたUI・グラフィックを実現する役割となります。 【具体的には】 ■UI・グラフィックデザイン業務 ・グラフィカルな美しさの追求だけでなく、ユーザを中心に考え抜かれたインター フェイスを作る事 ・あらゆるアウトプットに対し、ピクセルレベルでの精緻さを追求する事 ・プロダクトのグラフィックコンセプト、ガイドラインの設定 ■UXデザイン業務 ・ユーザーインサイト掘り起こしのためのユーザーリサーチの計画、実行 ・得られたインサイトをもとにペルソナ、カスタマージャーニーマップ等の作成 ・新サービス・機能のバリュープロポジション設定、サービスデザイン、プロダクトの情報設計 ・アジャイル開発チームにおいて理想のユーザ体験実現に責任を持ち、チーム・ステークホルダーを巻き込んでプロジェクトを推進する事 ・実装物・プロトタイプのユーザテストの計画、実行 ■将来的に目指せるキャリア、ポジション デザインディレクターまたはアートディレクターのポジションへ進むことも可能です。 <Job description> The UX Designer/UI Designer will be responsible for. The role will involve designing the service experience and delivering sophisticated UI and graphics in various web and mobile applications, in collaboration with other designer team members. <Specifically> ■UI and graphic design work ・The creation of a user-centered, well thought-out interface, not just the pursuit of graphical aesthetics. ・The pursuit of precision at the pixel level for all outputs. ・Graphic concepts and guidelines for products. ■UX design work ・Planning and execution of user research to uncover user insights. ・Creation of personas, customer journey maps, etc., based on the insights obtained. ・Value propositions for new services and functions, service design and product information design. ・To take responsibility for realizing the ideal user experience in an agile development team and to drive the project forward with the involvement of the team and stakeholders. ・Planning and execution of user testing of implementations and prototypes ■Possible future careers and positions. May progress to a Design Director or Art Director position. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・UX／UIデザインの深い知識と実践経験（3年以上）・スマートフォンアプリUIデザインの実績（市場リリース済アプリの開発チームのメンバーだった経験があることが望ましい） ・プロジェクトの立ち上げ、ステークホルダーを巻き込んでの推進の経験 ・サービスデザイン、UXデザインのスキル ・ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC：600点程度） <Essential requirements> ・In-depth knowledge and practical experience of UX/UI design (at least 3 years) ・A proven track record in smartphone app UI design (preferably having been a member of a development team for a market-released app) ・Experience in initiating projects and involving stakeholders in driving them forward ・Service design and UX design skills ・Business-level English language skills (TOEIC: 600 points) |
