Job Summary: システムエンジニア － エンドユーザーテクノロジーは既存および新規システムの導入開始から展開、運用の引き渡しまでの技術面を担当するメンバーです。 重点分野は、仮想デスクトップインフラ（VDI）、仮想アプリケーション、Windowデスクトップ、モバイルデバイス、その他のエンドユーザー向けソリューションなどのテクノロジーに重点を置いたインフラシステムです。 このポジションは、メットライフジャパンに導入されるすべての新しいグローバルテクノロジーの最前線としてより現代的、効率的、かつ自動化された環境の提供を支援します。エンドユーザーへ最高の作業環境を提供することがこのポジションの最優先事項です。 Responsibilities: 以下のインフラストラクチャ テクノロジーを設計、構成、および実装しますがこれに限定されません： VDI、Windows デスクトップ OS、ユーザープロファイル管理システム、モバイルデバイス 新規または既存のソリューションで自動化の可能性を模索して実装します。 さまざまなインフラ環境全体に対してソリューションを設計、開発、テスト、実装、およびサポートすることにおいて、日本ローカルチームとグローバルチームが連携します。 斬新な発想、チームワーク、自律的、多様性を持つなど、革新的かつ先進的技術の実装を奨励します。 技術情報を明確に伝達し、文書化します。 情報共有またはトレーニング プレゼンテーションを実施します。 インフラ環境のパフォーマンスを評価し、必要に応じて変更を推奨および実施します。 Job Summary: System Engineer – End User Technology, will be a contributing member responsible for technical aspects of existing and new systems from inception to deployment to operational handover. Areas of focus will be infrastructure systems with heavy emphasis on end user technologies such as Virtual Desktop Infrastructures （VDI）, Virtual Applications, Windows desktops, mobile devices and other user facing solutions. This position will be on the frontline of all new global technologies introduced to Japan and will help create a more modern, efficient, and automated environment. Giving our users the best working experience possible is the ultimate priority for this position. Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement infrastructure technologies including but not limited to, VDI, Windows desktop OS, user profile management systems, mobile devices. Identify and implement automation opportunities with new or existing solutions. Work across local and global teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support solutions across a full environment of different infrastructure technologies. Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting－edge technologies, including outside－of－the－box thinking, teamwork, self－organization, and diversity. Clearly communicate and document technical information. Conduct information sharing or training presentations. Evaluate infrastructure performance, recommend and conduct changes as needed. |

VMware and Citrix installation and Management Installation and management of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, MS SQL, etc Ability to learn and master a wide variety different technologies. Ability to navigate and document complex internal processes. Positive attitude with a growth style mindset （likes a challenge）. Bachelor’s degree from a certified University in Information technology or related field.
