■Summary As Manager (Solution) you will be the face of our company to our clients and responsible for the management of all strategic and operational marketing and customer relationship activities. Your goal will be to drive short-term and long-term growth by increasing sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Also, you will take up potential market needs from the customers and shape them into internal projects. ■Responsibilities ・Create and realize a winning business development strategy focused on growth and profitability ・Monitor and evaluate industry trends and develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings/ capabilities to identify and recommend new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs ・Establish a shared understanding of our marketing & customer relationship strategy, communicating regularly with executives and internal stakeholders ・Attend international conferences and events to find potential customers and strategic partners all over the world, and sell products or propose a new project to them ・Develop and manage long-term relationships with new and existing customers, as well as strategic partners ・Establish a business development team and oversee its day to day management ・Until the business is established, manage and monitor the sales team and support processes |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Interest in AI・5+ years of business development in life science industry or sustainability industry ・Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Docs ・Excellent presentation, organization, and time-management skills ・Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・TOEIC 940, IELTS 7.5 or equivalent・Bachelor's degree in biology, medicine, agriculture or pharmacology ・Experience in AI Drug Discovery field ・Experience in startups ・PhD degree in biology, medicine, agriculture or pharmacology ・Knowledge of ML/AI technology, market dynamics, and customer requirements ・Experience with CRM software |

<経歴>
京都大学卒業後、サイバーセキュリティ企業を共同設立し、CTOに就任。同社の製品は20社以上の大企業に導入され、3200万以上のアカウントをサイバー攻撃から保護した。その業績が認められ、イスラエルのマイクロソフト研究所のプログラムに採択された。
その後、英・University College Londonで機械学習を利用したタンパク質の機能予測研究プロジェクトなどを主導した。
科学的発明が文明発展の起源であり、文明発展が社会への究極の貢献であるとの信念に基づき、英国と日本でSyntheticGestalt社を共同設立した。同社の経営・資金調達に加え、自身も機械学習エンジニアとして積極的に開発を行う。
