Duties and Responsibilities職務範囲 下記エンタープライズカスタマーネットワークに導入されているシスコネットワーク機器の問題を解決するためのサポート業務をお任せします。 • ルーター • ネットワークスイッチ • UCSサーバー • コールマネージャー • 音声ゲートウェイ • ファイアウォール • VPN • AAA • ワイヤレスアクセスポイント 等 アソシエイトレベル • カスタマーネットワークに導入されたネットワーク機器のサポート（ルーター、ネットワークスイッチ、ファイアウォール、VPN、AAA、ワイヤレスアクセスポイントなど） • トラブルシューティング • 環境設定 • デバイスのパフォーマンス確認のためのデバイス分析および評価 • 構成とトラブルシューティングのための手順のマニュアル作成 • 顧客サポート（文書および会話） 中級レベル アソシエイトレベルの業務に加えて、下記をお任せします。 • 複雑なサービス活動、リモートサポート、最適化 • 経験の浅いエージェントへのエスカレーションリソース エキスパートレベル 中級レベルの業務に加えて、下記をお任せします。 • 技術分野の対象分野の専門家として、EndtoEndのデリバリーを確認し、相互運用性と設計 募集人数 合計50人 内訳（職位別） アソシエイトレベル 25人 中級レベル 15人 エキスパートレベル 10人 内訳（ドメイン別） セキュリティ 14人 スイッチング 19人 ルーティング 8人 ワイヤレスネットワーク9 |
