【Who we are】 BoostDraft is a software engineering company that develops an AI-assisted legal document editor, revolutionizing the legal drafting world by eliminating overlooked inefficiencies. The company was founded two years ago by MIT and Stanford graduate students, initially targeting the Japanese market. To date, we have experienced significant success, achieving profitability and exponential growth without relying on external funding. Our product is dominating the Japanese legal market–our users include all “Big Five” law firms, most of the top 20 law firms, and numerous global enterprises such as Mercari and Yahoo! JAPAN. 【An Engineering-First Team】 At BoostDraft, we prioritize quality over quantity. As an engineering-first company. Around 70% of our team members are engineers with extensive experience from companies such as Microsoft, IBM, HTC, Yahoo!, and R&D in NTT. Our CEO, Yohei, has proven experience in both Software Engineering and Business Management and has built an organization that values and empowers software engineers. 【What you will do】 - Create visual assets for advertising, promotion, and online presence, to support marketing campaigns and conferences. - Plan and Implement user research strategies and usability testing. - Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative analysis for data, and user feedback. - Improve the UX and UI of BoostDraft’s product, by making educated hypotheses with limited input, and delivering wireframes, flows, and prototypes. - Collaborate with a remote cross-functional team while taking ownership and proactively moving projects forward. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - 1+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for real-world projects (excluding school/internship projects)- Proficient in designing marketing/promotion materials - Solid knowledge of UI/UX principles - Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator - Proficiency in English at a business level 【歓迎（WANT）】 - Proficiency in Japanese at a business level- Proven experience in designing products for professional users. - Familiarity with working in cross-functional teams and early-stage startups. - Fluent in both written and spoken Japanese. - Knowledge in user research and usability testing. Please ensure your application includes a portfolio showcasing your expertise in UI/UX design, web design, and, if possible, marketing materials design (highly desired but not required). |
