Our Client is a leading Luxury brand with over 200 stores in 50 plus countries and is looking for a Supply chain Distribution manager for their Tokyo Office as they are expanding their team！ Responsibilities： ・Optimize products distribution ・Continuous review of replenishment target by store and by product to ensure right stock allocation and high product availability ・Manage slow movers and seasonal items across retail network and Distribution Center ・Plan and organize end of life product strategies in cooperation with the Merchandising department ・Drive rebalancing process within Japan and other regions to enhance profitability and reactivity ・Redefine the local rebalancing process ・Organize and monitor rebalancing at both local and global levels ・Monitor the efficiency for all transfers/rebalancing, alert on slow movers ・Communicate shipping needs to Logistics ・Team Management ・People management ・ Lead transformation and change management |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・At least 10 years working experience, including 2 years in product distribution in retail a plus・Successful experience at working across functional areas and levels of organization ・Excellent Excel skills and overall computer skills ・Native level Japanese language, business level English 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Experience in luxury fashion or leather goods is a plus・Flex time ・Work from Home ・Discount on Company products |
