Department Overview
Sitting within our System Division, the Cross Service Development Department (XSDD) plays a crucial role in this. XSDD focuses on business-critical initiatives across our products and platforms. Our vision is to build and shape payment technologies that support our users’ daily lives now and into the future.
As part of our team, you’ll get to see behind the scenes of the technology that enables modern, online life. Together, with your help, we aim to turn vision into a reality and deliver the next generation of payment technology.

Why We Hire
Due to the growing responsibilities of our department, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to drive technical projects within the team. As an Engineering Manager in our team, you will lead the planning and coordination of technical work to deliver innovative and stable solutions in a fast-paced environment. This will draw on your ability to engage with technical topics and your strong mentoring and teamworking abilities.

Responsibilities:
(1)Understand the team’s goals, architecture, products and culture
(2)Implement strategies to achieve those goals
(3)Propose and follow through with improvements to current systems and development pipelines
(4)Manage and develop the skills of a small team of engineers
(5)Manage communications with stakeholders
(6)Work closely with project and product managers

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

(1)Experience managing a team
(2)Experience in coaching and career development for engineers
(3)Ability to write and review code
(4)Strong experience in systems architecture
(5)Strong understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle
(6)Organized, logical thinking with a proven track record of delivering technical projects
(7)Understanding of application security
(8)Understanding of QA

【歓迎(WANT)】

(1)At least 2 years’ experience managing a team
(2)Experience in a technical role such as architect, tech lead, software engineer, mobile developer
(3)Experience developing software using modern languages and practices
(4)Excited by a multicultural, international working environment
