仕事内容 ■Mission Statement
- Responsible define, lead and deploy digital marketing strategies and plans in Japan in order to increase awareness and desirability of the brand in Japan through global brand & product website (.com) and social media in line with corporate strategy and guidelines.
- Achieve sales targets on e-commerce ensuring development of customer experiences and services on the site to create happy customers from online to offline.
■Main Responsibilities
- Integrate and cultivate digital opportunities into overall Marketing plan, and develop and execute digital campaigns and review the performance.
- Coordinate local marketing and others in defining and customizing social media and digital campaigns.
- Adapt Global Strategy to local practices and deliver a consistent and resultdriven digital marketing communication plan on annual basis. Be the voice for Japan market and customers.
- Support the evolution and deployment of the Digital strategy and plans through the development and empowerment of digital channels such as owned website, e-Commerce and social media etc.
- Make sure “performance” is in the heart of each digital marketing campaign: monitor the effectiveness of each activity and report.
- Manage annual budget and control transparency of spending on monthly basis for all digital marketing activities.
- Explore, develop e-retailing opportunities in Japan, and optimize online sales.
- Collaborate with global-local stakeholders and IT department to upgrade the brand digital experience.
- Monitor statistics and analyze web reports on a regular basis ensuring traffic growth analytical and qualified user sessions in coordination with involved units.
E-commerce
- Improve e-commerce system and services, by developing and managing ecommerce procedures and putting in place actions to catch and care ecommerce customers.
- Monitor e-commerce customers and analyze e-commerce sales, in order to suggest actions aimed at increasing the business.
- Monitor statistics and analyze web reports on a regular basis ensuring traffic growth analytical and qualified user sessions in coordination with involved units.
- Coordinate external agencies, when needed, to ensure maintenance and evolution of the site supporting the definition of the project(costs/deadlines/activities).
Social Media
- Create strategic plan and implement contents in order to create social buzz and recruit potential customers, by developing and managing social platform procedures and putting in place actions.
- Monitor statistics and analyze on a regular basis ensuring follower growth and engagement.
- Coordinate external agencies, to ensure maintenance and evolution of the social supporting the definition of the project/campaign

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

■Education:
University Graduate or equivalent proficiency
Numerate degree (Marketing, Economy, Business, Finance statistics)
■Experience:
Minimum 5 years, with good knowledge of the digital marketing field in Elegant Sporty Goods, Fashion, Luxury or FMCG market with e-commerce and social global brand’s experience.
■Skills/Abilities:
Agility to digital media and customer behaviors: always seek for the newest means to engage with customers on digital.
Strong presentation and well communication skills to key stakeholder.
Commercial awareness and interest : be aware of what is going on in the market With attitude of young, fresh,progressive, out of box and creative mindset with highly interest to Sports, Fashion, Art, Music and Watch and Jewelry.
Fundamental computer literacy is vital with strong skills on all digital analytic tools (all Microsoft software + Google analytics). Salesforces, Syrus, SAP. Management staffs.
To plan and implement digital strategy and analyze e-business and social media.
■Language:
Business English is a must-have skillset.
