Exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading pharmaceutical companies. They are looking for an Accounting Specialist to drive the transformation from a traditional service organization to a more simple and innovative solution. This role involves working closely with Global and Regional leaders. Responsibility: ・Support the Lead in all general accounting and closing related activities. ・Provide superior business solutions （including payroll and bonus calculation operations） ・Provide accurate and timely preparation and delivery of financial results. ・Streamlining and automating account reconciliations ・Compliance with SOX and Compliance and audit compliance. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Result driven, engagement ＆ collaboration.・Experience in using ERP systems such as SAP. ・Project management experience in accounting practice ・Knowledge of relevant regulations （JGAAP, IFRS, etc.） ・Knowledge of internal control systems （COSO, USSOX, JSOX, etc.） ・Native level Japanese and Business Level English 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Knowledge of financial accounting related to the team, payroll experience is a plus・CPA or other similar certifications ・Digital capability ＆ skills （use of Robotics） |
