仕事内容 |
• Responding to client support requests and manage multiple requests. • Contacting business users to find out the nature of the problem and reasonable resolution. • Troubleshooting hardware, software, network and connection issues. • Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals. • Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software. • Providing basic training in computer operation and management for business users. • Completing job reports and ordering supplies. • Working closely with IT support vendor staff and other regional IT team for infra related projects and BAU activities. • Business application support and coordination for vendor systems (i.e. T-star, Bloomberg etc) • Document and maintain operational manuals based on IT standards and rules. • Administrative support such as invoice processing and IT vendor management |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 • 5+ years of work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.• Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems. • Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues. • The finance industry’s experience is preferable. • Business level of Japanese/English writing and speaking skill. |
