－ Drive Product Test Stability and Test Yield improvement － Maverick/Hold Lot Disposition and Reduction － Drive test related customer complain and ine disturbance investigation and resolution － Responsible for product test hardware production requirement, maintenance and improvements － Review and approve Test package releases for New Products － Drive and fan－out Best Practices between Subcon/In－house on test stability programs － Test OEE improvement － Test program revision and ECN release |

【必須（MUST）】 英語語学力（TOEIC750 以上） / Business level English skill（Email/Reading Manual/Conversation/Phone conversation/Teleconference/ Biz Negotiation） 3－5 years’ experience for test engineering Project management experience PC スキル（Office Excel, PowerPoint, etc.） チームワーカー / Good team spirit Logical thinking skill based on fact Min. 3－5 years hands－on experience in managing test engineering activities in subcons （test process/test maintenance/product engineering） 半導体後工程の知識、経験歓迎 コミュニケーションスキル Working in a cross functional team comprising different cultural background 問題解決力 Good experience of problem solving, 8D, audit skills, project management 【歓迎（WANT）】 Experience on working for semiconductor industryStudy abroad experience, Working abroad experience |
