The primary role is to ensure day－to－day HR is run smoothly in assigned countries, in compliance with labor law, but also in a way that fosters engagement from the employees. Beyond the day－to－day work, the HRBP is the go－to－person to execute our growth strategy, whether through external acquisition （managing M＆A）, launch of new product / hiring of new teams. On top of the local HRBP responsibilities, this role will serve as the champion for Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to drive Global initiatives and implementation within Asia. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.・Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HR Partnering role, preferably in a commercial organization within Medical Device industry in Japan. ・Have a strong understanding and knowledge of Japan HR practices and policies. ・Good presentation, facilitation and communication abilities, both written and verbal English / Japanese. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Candidates who have prior experience in either talent acquisition or total rewardsfield will have an added advantage. ・The ideal candidate is hands－on, willing to roll－up their sleeves and can navigate between the day－to－day and long－term HR initiatives. |
