仕事内容 POSITION PURPOSE :

To build out and improve the Operations department, engage and grow employees,

while leveraging and supporting other teams withinJapan and the larger group.

DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES :

⁃ Lead creation of an holistic operational improvement plan aligned with Japan ambitions to improve performance
⁃ Envision improvement opportunities and solutions outside-in
⁃ Break-down plan into a steering instrument with a set of initiatives using a large set of methods and tools (e.g. process improvements, role & responsibility setting, digitization, etc)
⁃ Implementing continuous improvement process with bottom-up input from staff
⁃ Manage performance through target setting, initiatives follow-up, and review of results through an effective fact-based cadence

CONTRIBUTING RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Sound experience of managing managers within operations, with a total team size of at least 40 FTE
⁃ Communicate with transparency and respect, nurture and engage employees while delivering results
⁃ Develop and grow team capabilities, identify and coach future talents
応募資格

【歓迎(WANT)】

KNOWLEDGE :

- Sound knowledge and experience in Insurance operation domain

that is applicable to Japan, with 10+ years in Insurance industry.



APPLICATION OF KNOWLEDGE :

- Drive new improvement / transformation initiatives within Operations or where Operations is part of the E2E value chain
- Support teams with a robust, efficient, customer-/partner-oriented service

- Team size: 50 internal HC, plus 10-15 HC through Outsourcing format

OTHER SPECIFIC QUALIFICATION :

⁃ Native level Japanese, business level English required
⁃ Senior management work experience in multi-national environment

to liaise and coordinate with Regional and Head Office functions, as needed
