■Recruitment Background / Business Opportunities All our customer opportunities request our expertise on Configured Product Development, which is part of the theme : Virtual product Development. We need to strengthen the team Configured Product Development ( 3 members today but 1 person may retire in the near future). We need a candidate who have some experience from the industry : equipment/aerospace/automobile/high tech experience (any customer with configuration management or BOM ). We will teach the candidate about our solution/best practice. ■Team Team: Hiring manager + 5 members for “Virtual Product Development”. Stakeholders involved: Japanese customers, internal team members, global R&D, partners in Japan ※Need to negotiate in English with the relevant HQ members and native English speakers in Japan ■After joining the company / Career path Joining as Industry Process Consultant, the candidate can evolve as Technical Executive, Solution Architect, or Industry Process Expert. A team leader is also open for the Virtual Product Development Team. ■Our Systèmes Features/ Advantages of working at our Systèmes Joining our Virtual Product Development Team, you will become an expert of the Multidiscipline Configured Product Development. Our Multidiscipline Configured Product Development discipline contains all the critical capabilities to effectively manage design data, support change and configuration management, and ensure effective product definition and release. It includes traditional CAD and BOM management capabilities, as well as next-generation, model-based capabilities supporting the RFLP-PPR-MSR model for file-based CAD and the holistic, multi-discipline product definition and release necessary to realize the power of Virtual Twin experiences on the 3D platform. Summary : -Top in Class technology -Solution already adopted by all major OEMs ( Renault, PSA, JLR, BOEING, AIRBUS …) -International Environment ■Job Description As a Solution consultant, you will have to : -Answer RFI/RFP -Listen to the customer and capture his requirements -Perform consultative selling using our Value Engagement Framework -Understand and map the customer business processes with our Industry solutions -Propose a solution and demonstrate it -Coach the partner network -Support the sales team |
