Data Management Department is responsible for Data Strategy, Data Governance, and Data Operation in our company’s commercial business. It works closely with Business teams including Sales, Marketing and BO&S teams and local / global IT teams to support commercial strategy / tactics execution by providing business critical data / reports, securing data transactions / maintenance, and providing advanced data management platforms
Project Lead is a key role driving global / local strategic projects to shift local legacy data platforms to global standard data platforms
• Drive global projects to shift local legacy data platforms to global standard data platforms
• Work together and manage local / global IT teams and external vendors to deliver the project launch with expected quality, cost and time
• Work closely with GBU/Franchise teams to capture key business requirements for the projects
• Act as a liaison to feedback to global team Japan specific requirements by articulating user-stories and business impact
• Act as internal consultant to GBU/Franchise for better leveraging data and data platforms to solve business challenges
• Take proactive actions to improve global data platform user adoption by analyzing different usage data and feedbacks from GBU users.
• Prioritize, research, and respond to global data platform user inquiries, and improve issue resolution by triage and monitoring progress.
• Own the governance to gather and prioritize local change requests.
【歓迎（WANT）】-Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing or business. MBA preferred
-relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience in marketing, sales, and digital project experience
-Good understanding of commercial data and their reporting, including sales data, activity data, and marketing data
-Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
-Ability to lead people, timelines and work in a matrix organization in compliant and professional manner.
-Experience managing external vendors.
