Job Responsibilities: • Head of TA leading a team of 5 recruiters • Provide recruitment operations, products and services to a committed client group (single business area, e.g. ComOps, TechOps) and successfully deliver TAS programs/policies to the local organization • Responsible for the end to end hiring process and business partnering with client group • Responsible for senior hire and executive search for client divisions and scouting for critical function • Ensure the operational conversion of the TA strategic goals within a dedicated client group and provide efficient implementation of recruitment strategies, processes and services to the local organization (i.e. recruitment branding program, D&I recruitment initiatives, online recruitment, talent mapping and external talent pipeline management) • Establish strong relationships with leading executive search agencies on a global scale to get firsthand access to top talents • Provide recommendations and solutions to covering specific areas of recruitment including organizational resourcing needs analysis, recruitment market trends analysis, candidate selection, vendor management, analysis of recruitment metrics, and/or other recruitment services Why you should apply: • You will be able to impact on people’s lives with a team that is empowered to deliver great results and services to patients and customers. 勤務時間: 本社・事業所勤務:9:00~17:45(就業時間7時間45分/休憩時間60分) ※外勤は事業所外みなし労働時間に関する規定を適用。上記以外はフレックスタイム制規定を適用。 生産工場勤務:8:30~17:15(就業時間7時間45分/休憩時間60分) 給与年俸制: ※経験・前職の給与レンジを参考として提示します。 ※別途住宅手当もしくは社宅適用 (規定による) 休日・休暇: 完全週休2日制、祝祭日、年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク 夏季休暇、年間休日125日(前年度参照) 有給休暇(初年度15日、次年度20日) 待遇・福利厚生: 健康保険/厚生年金/介護保険/労災保険/雇用保険、退職年金制度(DB/DC)、社宅、育児サポート、EAP、任意保険、有給休暇・ボランティア休暇・パーソナル休暇、育児休業・介護休業、リフレッシュメント制度、テレワーク、死亡・傷害補償給付、社員会等 |
