Our company is currently recruiting a talented Finance Manager/Specialist in Japan for our growing organization！ The Finance Manager/Specialist will report to the Senior Finance Manager in Hong Kong Headquarter . This person will assist in any or all of the facets of Finance including but not limited to: Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Budgeting and Forecasting, Expense Management, Cash Management, Taxes, Internal Audits, Cost Accounting etc ■Job Description · Liaise with Japan Retail store team to reconcile the daily retail shop sales and payment received · Bookkeeping, arrange payments and cash flow management and ensure proper job costing accounting, and ensure timely payment. · Manage all local tax issues · Establish relevant local standard operation procedures . Implementation of ERP System and establish standardized operation · Prepare monthly / quarterly/ yearly financial statements and liaise with Hong Kong Headquarter Finance team for financial reporting and inter－company transactions · Any ad hoc projects/reports as assigned by the Management |

【必須（MUST）】 ■Requirements・Degree holder in Accounting or Finance ・Minimum 5 years’ work experience in relevant experiences ・Good in analytical, interpersonal and time management skills ・Excellent in Excel/Google Sheet, knowledge in Netsuite /ERP Oracle is a plus ・Proficient in spoken and written Japanese and English 【求める人物像】 ・Independent, self－motivated, and can work under pressure ・Attentive to details and focus in work ・Possess troubleshooting, problem solving, and creative/innovative thought processing skills. |
