1. Work with senior leadership on company strategy as a key member of the leadership team to drive growth of the Japanese label business. 2. Represent Japan office as local finance leader. 3. Own all local finance and accounting processes with account team. 4. Coordinate and direct budget preparation and financial forecasts and reporting. 5. Support monthly and year－end closing as necessary. 6. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in Japan and Korea. Details of working hours and wages, whether there is a trial period, enrollment insurance, etc. will be disclosed at the time of the interview with the job seeker |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1. 5＋yrs experience working in corporate finance, business planning, or controller role.2. Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills – Ideally with experience using a variety of analysis and report tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese. 4. Strong language skills in either Korean or English 5. Proven leadership skills – proactive and independent. |
