The role is responsible for working with the Healthcare Business Leaders, and Global EHS Staff to develop and deploy Environmental Health & Safety programs & policies to mitigate risk, drive regulatory compliance and establish a positive EHS culture with Japan leaders. This role will report to the Japan Service GM. As a representative of Japan Healthcare business, communicate and align with global EHS team timely Lead investigations of safety incidents with local leaders and drive the implementation of counter actions (CAPA) Collaborate with Lean team and drive 5S culture in Japan S&S team Manage implementation of EHS programs by operationalizing EHS partnering with leadership to ensure compliance with applicable laws, local regulations and the policies. Build up Japan EHS Priorities with local leaders and drive rigor and execution to EHS objectives & metrics. Lead global programs to improve EHS performance in support us &the EHS strategic objectives. Assess risks and develop appropriate corrective-action plans and budgets to address deficiencies in comparison to regulations and internal policy/protocol. Lead EHS compliance and program audits for service operations & projects. Provide follow-up and support post governance/business audit to ensure execution to action plan, risk mitigation & program improvements Provide coaching to operations team in driving EHS programs with rigor and partner to integrate EHS in day to day operations. Drive networking across the business as well as local industries to leverage best practices and improve local programs Drive active EHS engagement & management of change for business strategy related to new product introductions, product transfers & rooftop consolidations, etc. Keep management apprised of progress and significant developments on key projects. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 Familiar with incident investigation methodologies including 5-WhyBachelors or Masters in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental, Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering or related field 12+ years experience leading environmental and safety compliance programs in a Distributed workforce / manufacturing environment Excellent communications skills, including writing and speaking English Demonstrated ability to organize, motivate and lead teams, drive change and interact cross functionally. Ability to manage multiple diverse priorities effectively Demonstrated experience with H&S regulations and program management globally 【歓迎(WANT)】 Demonstrated compliance leadership experience and understanding of global culturesAbility to travel domestically and internationally (as required) H&S Compliance experience with demonstrated capability of learning requirements and applying this experience locally & internationally Proven managerial/leadership skills with work planning, delegating & evaluating Demonstrated expertise to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization around EHS concepts Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation, conflict resolution & interpersonal skills Proven mentoring and coaching abilities, demonstrated ability to motivate & inspire others Ability to make decisions, even when under pressure & take ownership for assigned projects and programs |
