YOU WILL... For Japan controlling activities: Responsibility 1, Translate business strategies and priorities into budget upon discussion with broad stakeholders including Japan management team ＆ researchers, global controllers, etc. Responsibility 2, Monitor spending progress, give alert for any landing risks, and raise possible solutions to budget owners and controlling head. Responsibility 3, Play a leading role in reviewing project portfolio with Japan management team to ensure alignment with R＆I strategy and help drive decision on projects. Project portfolio analysis to focus on resource monitoring （e.g. number of projects, lab workload, etc.）, resource optimization （e.g. turnover analysis, abandoned projects, etc.） and operational efficiency （e.g. time spent per project）. For Global domain controlling activities: Responsibility 4, Budget management for scientific cost for worldwide portfolio of research projects for a specific research domain. Work with global domain leader, global portfolio manager and project leaders to ensure budget is allocated to priority projects and the right hubs. （※売上世界トップ外資系化粧品メーカー:BEAUTY PACKAGING「世界の化粧品メーカー売上ランキング」より。） |

【必須（MUST）】 YOU HAVE...Requirement 1, Strong Japanese and English communication skill in both verbal and writing. Simple and logical communication to collaborate well with Scientists. Requirement 2, FP＆A profile with budget management experience over 4 years and good accounting knowledge. Requirement 3, Skills required for ERP, excel, powerpoint, ability to manage and analyze data, and project management. Requirement 4, University BA. Accounting, Internal Controls, commercial FP＆A background （preferred）. YOU ARE... Competency 1 － A self－starter who can work proactively but be able to engage line manager to agree on priorities and directions at the right frequency. Competency 2 － Team player who can collaborate with not only internal customers in Japan R＆I, but also global stakeholders. Competency 3 － Has change leadership and enjoys it. Challenge the status quo and be proactive in seeking what to be improved and come up with own proposals to discuss with line manager. Competency 4 － Resilient and flexible. Be able to take objective view and manage push backs and confrontation from counterparts. |
